Children’s Activities

We provide a welcoming, safe and caring environment for your children. The teachers and youth leaders are all members of West Birmingham Christadelphians and have all been DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked to re-assure you that your children will be properly cared for and supervised whilst attending one of our children’s activities.

A copy of our Safegaurding and Child Protection Policy can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

You’re invited to bring your children to the following activities which are held during school term time. They provide a great opportunity to make new friends, learn about the Bible message and have fun.

Sunday School – 9.30 – 10.30am

Our Sunday School, is for children between the ages of 4 and 16.  It lasts for an hour and provides an opportunity to learn about the Bible, God, his son Jesus, how we should live our lives and how we should treat each other. Lessons range from simple Bible stories to more in depth study for the older ones. We’d love to see your children and Sunday School is free.

Tuesday Club – 6.15 – 7.30pm

Tuesday Club, is for children in school years 1-6.  We begin with a short “Bible Time”, when children hear stories from the Bible.  This is followed by games, quizzes, arts and crafts and a range of other activities.

We ask for a contribution of £1 per week towards the cost of running the Club.

Thursday Club – 7.00 – 8.30pm

Thursday Club is for children school years 7-11. As with the Tuesday Club there is a “Bible Time” at the start, providing the opportunity to discuss a range of Bible subjects and other issues which the children would like to talk about. This is followed by a range of activities, some of which may be away from our hall (for which your consent will be required), for example, games at a local park, or a walk over the Clent Hills.

We ask for a contribution of £1 per week towards the cost of running the Club.
